1. Who We Are

Sone (Dried Fruits Sone) is an Armenian brand operating from Yerevan that sells dried fruits and chocolates through sone.am. When we refer to "we", "us" or "Sone" in these terms, we mean the seller of the products. By "you" we mean the visitor or customer using the site.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using sone.am, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page with the updated date.

3. Public Offer and Acceptance of an Order

Product listings on sone.am constitute a public offer by Sone to enter into a sales contract on these terms. The contract is formed when:

• - You complete the checkout flow and submit your order, and
• - We confirm acceptance of the order by email or through the order status page.
• - We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or where we are unable to deliver to the chosen address.

4. Products, Availability and Pricing

We do our best to keep product information, images, weights, and prices accurate, but small variations may occur:

• - Product images are for illustration; actual color, shape, and presentation of natural dried fruits may vary.
• - Listed weights are approximate; minor variations are normal for hand-packed products.
• - Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• - If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

5. Orders, Payment and Confirmation

You can pay through the payment methods available at checkout (Idram, TelCell, and bank cards). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review the order details carefully — incorrect contact or address information is the most common cause of failed delivery.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes, and pricing are described in detail on our Delivery Terms page, which forms part of these terms. In summary:

• - Delivery is carried out via Haypost or Yandex Go within 1-4 working days, depending on the location.
• - Free delivery is available in Yerevan for orders above the threshold stated on the Delivery Terms page.
• - Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is handed over to the delivery partner; we remain responsible for choosing a reputable carrier and handling complaints.

7. Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Returns, refunds, and complaints are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because we sell food products, returns of opened or properly delivered items are not accepted under RA law. We will, however, refund or replace orders in cases of damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue.

8. Use of the Website

When using sone.am, you agree to:

• - Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or contacting us.
• - Use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
• - Not copy, scrape, or republish content from the site without our written permission.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to violate these terms or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sone brand, logo, product photography, copy, and the site itself are owned by Sone or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share links to our pages and use product information for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Armenia, our liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the price paid for the affected order. We do not exclude or limit liability for things that cannot be excluded under RA law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, infrastructure or carrier failures, or government acts. Where such events affect your order, we will contact you and agree on a new delivery date or arrange a refund.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order will, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The latest version is always available on this page with the updated date.
