We want every order to arrive safe, complete, and on time. This policy explains when we offer a refund, replacement, or pickup option, and how to reach us if something has gone wrong. It applies in addition to the Delivery Terms and Terms of Service.
Under the law of the Republic of Armenia, food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered. This means we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. Our quality is guaranteed โ but if something is wrong with your order, the rest of this policy explains what we can do.
We will refund or replace your order, at your choice, in the following cases:

You can cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation depends on whether the order can be intercepted with the delivery partner. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Corporate gift boxes and custom orders are produced specifically for you. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
