We accept the most common payment methods in Armenia and process every transaction through trusted payment providers. This page explains what we accept, when payment is taken, and how your data is protected.

All prices on sone.am are shown in the currency selected on the site. The charge on your card or wallet is taken in the same currency. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees.
Payment is authorized and charged at the moment you confirm your order. If the payment fails or is declined, your order will not be placed and you will be prompted to try again or choose a different payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successful.
Payments are processed directly by our payment providers — we do not see or store your full card number, CVV, or wallet password:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you need a fiscal receipt or an invoice for a corporate purchase, please contact us with your order number and we will provide the necessary documents.
If a refund is approved (see our Refund Policy), it is returned to the original payment method. Idram and TelCell refunds typically arrive within 1-3 working days; card refunds within 3-10 working days, depending on your bank.
If your payment is declined or you see an unexpected charge, please first check with your bank or wallet provider — most issues come from temporary limits or 3D Secure timeouts.
