Where Sone Begins
For almost eight years, Sone has sourced dried fruit from Avshar, a village in Armenia's Ararat Region — apricots, plums, peaches, apples, melon, and tomatoes, harvested and dried close to where they grow.

How We Dry It
The work follows the sun, not a factory clock. Depending on the fruit, we dry it the traditional way, laid out in the open air, or with low-temperature dehydration for a more consistent result. Either way, nothing is added — no sugar, no oil, no preservatives.
