Delivery Terms

Please carefully provide the recipient’s address and phone number to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the order.

Deliveries are carried out via Yandex Go or HayPost within 1-4 working days, depending on the delivery address.

If an incorrect address is provided, the following options are available:

- The order can be picked up from our pickup point at Adonts 6, Yerevan.

- Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional delivery fee.

If the recipient is not there, the order may be handed to a family member, a neighbor, or a colleague. If that is not possible, the following options are available:

- The order can be picked up from our pickup point at Adonts 6, Yerevan.

- Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional delivery fee.

The quality of our dried fruits and chocolate is guaranteed. Under the law, food products of proper quality cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order, see our Refund Policy.
